Keeping My Fingers Crossed

Pawlenty’s apparently decided – probably after getting his ears burned off by the good people of flooded-out southeastern Minnesota — to hold a special session after all.  Though only after laying on so many preconditions that it’s doubtful it will be of any real use.

Keeping the fingers crossed that some good comes of it.
