Hi PW!
I was wondering about this tr00l rating thing at Kos.
What’s up with that? I don’t see where I have the option to troll rate someone. Do you have to have some special Kos authority to do it?
Buncha damned pearl-clutching whiners (and broders).

You have to have a lot of “Recommends” stored up (either for your diaries or your comments) to be able to TR someone. Once you get X amount of Recommends, you have Trusted User status.
I very seldom troll-rate people, but most of the habitués use their doughnuts early and often. It’s one of the reasons I don’t hang out over there, much less post, as often as I used to.

What will they think of next.

What I like best about it is that it also recycles the water content of the waste, thus minimizing the impact on the aquifiers. (And they’re also working on hydrogen-fuel-cell storage, too.)
Now let’s do something similar with pig waste and we’re on our way.
