The pain to come

Calculated Risk linked an excellent overview of the mortgage crisis, showing that we are only about halfway through it, with housing prices set to fall as much as they already have, and for Alt-A and Jumbo loans (not to mention commercial real estate) to start to default, causing more stress on the financial system than the subprime loans did.

It’s a great time to invest in cowrie shells.
