Expect an ugly start to the day–and the Year of the Fire Monkey– unless the ECB issues some guarantees. One source says:

    Yep, the whole system is going down pretty fast. Mish had something up today about forget China, Japan is the real problem. Then it looks like Germany has a bank going over the edge and with negative interest the new rage it’s getting to be a bumpy ride until ? Sad, us little people will truly suffer while .001% get richer. I’m going long on pitchforks and guillotines;)
